View looking roughly west. The two chargers are in the center of the photo, through the arch.

Site description: In a very long stretch of car dealerships along National City Blvd known as the "mile of cars". It's on the west side of National City Blvd just south of West 22nd Street.
Charger description: Two adjacent pedestal chargers against the service dept building in the service parking lot.
What to do while waiting: Not much. Chat with the EV1 salesman if the place is open. There's a Denny's at 24th St and I-5, a 5 minute walk.
Hours: Unknown. Lot access is blocked off after hours, making the chargers inaccessible. The only nearby alternate site is Costco Chula Vista, which has proven unreliable in the past (power turned off after hours). Plan accordingly.
Notes: I had trouble getting the cord to reel back into the charger. The cord had a whitish deposit on it. This was probably salt spray on it since the site is not far from the bay.
